Awful reformulation and packaging
Awful reformulation. I have used this product for many years, even got my husband to use as well. At first we thought this was just new packaging- and bad packaging at that. Pumps do not seem to be FABs thing and we always avoided the pump sizes as over half the product is lost. But this is obviously a full reformulation. Add me to the chorus of reviews of long time product users now dealing with dryness, irritation and breakouts. Time to find a new cleanser after MANY years. Disappointing and totally unnecessary. I’ll never understand why brands do this.

Disappointing changes made
I have been using this product for many years… And upon the recent repackaging, I noticed that my face has been breaking out more, and my skin has been drier than ever. This is what prompted me to jump to the reviews to see if other people have been experiencing the same exact thing. I’ve also extremely upset that the medium size bottle went from a squeeze tube to a pump highly disappointing. The only squeeze bottle is now the travel size. Why would you change something That’s not broken? I literally have recommended this product to so many so many people and now I can’t stand by it anymore. It was the only thing that worked for my skin.

REMOVES ALL MAKEUP EVEN MASCARA!
I wear a full face daily and this removes all my makeup I dont need to use makeup remover alongside it!! I can also use this to shave my face too. It's completely multifunctional and removed all my make in just one wash!! It's so hydrating and non stripping too. I love first aid beauty so much whenever I use another brand I break out quickly

Great wash, Bad design
Love this face wash. It’s the only one I’ll use. No scent, cleans well, and washed off completely without leaving any residue behind. That said, the pump is awful. Just getting it to the “open position” is a chore (and sometimes actually breaks) and there is almost a delayed reaction when pumping the product causing you to pump out more than you need. The value for the ounces you get is great, but not worth the frustration of broken pumps and wasted product.

Hate the pump, love the cleanser
This is my go to cleanser, washing off my sunscreen and keeping my face clean. I've had 4 bottles of this and every single time I get this jumbo cleanser, the pump to open is so difficult to open or breaks. There was a time where I did successfully open it easily but I fully opened the bottle to get more and then once I closed the bottle back, the pump no longer worked. Please change the pump mechanism used for jumbo cleanser. I hate it

Outstanding
I have mild to moderate rosacea and this cleanser has really helped to even out my tone, brighten my skin and truly clean but leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized at the same time. I've only been using this for two weeks but I think this really might be my holy grail. I'll keep buying this!

Change it back to the OG!
Change it back to the original formula. I’ve been using this for years and it was finally something that worked for me. I have been breaking out since purchasing this with the new formula. Why not offer both?! Really disappointed because now I have to search for something new again because my beautiful skin I worked so hard to get clear again is a wreck.
