I didn’t receive this

Said it was delivered- it was not. They put it on delivery person - so when you order something from Macy’s you then have to fight with whatever random delivery carrier they chose. This particular one told me tough luck

I like it so much but it’s a little bit tight so I called customer service to ask them if I can exchange with bigger size but they said no .
