No current email updates on status of order

Never had a delivery from Macy’s by DoorDash. Wouldn’t recommend it. No email updates on status of delivery for several days according to only status of package the package is still in California as of 3/23. It’s is now 3/26 and still no update but says it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow 3/27 to Kentucky. I very much doubt it. NO UPDATES is terrible customer service.

Perfect Silver Wedding Anniversary Gift
