I regret buying this. It is pretty, but the illumination was like a tiny dot and then nothing. It’s not quality material. I feel it is overpriced even though I purchased when on sale.

WHAT LIGHT?
The light is minuscule, not large enough to light the crystals. Very disappointed.

Cute! But Dont expect light!
The” solar light” part of this is hilarious. Its about as bright as a lightning bug. You can see in the other comments, people cannot even find the light. But if you Dont want it for light - its very cute! Its plastic tho, I have mine on my porch

Where are the lights?
I have this in both colors. They’re really pretty and you can hang them anywhere. It’s solar powered but it never lights up so I don’t understand what’s going on. Everyone else has said the same but there’s no response from Macys. Debating on whether to keep them because they are pretty or just return because they’re not what Macys described

Waste of money
Looks nice in daytime but doesn’t light up enough at night to even notice. Waste of money.

order not received
I never received my order!!!! (Order #2905960410) - tried to pick it up at store (Boca Raton) and was told that it wasn't there, called customer service regarding it and was told that it was delivered on 3/24/24 (which on the day that I tried to pick it up (3/29/24) was told that it wasn't' there). Customer service said they would e-mail store. They would not cc me on the e-mail and no response as of yet. I then resorted to an online chat to resolve issue and NOTHING!!!!! I am extremely disappointed - I have been a long tome customer of Macy's and must say after this ordeal that I will not spend any more of my money here.
