Horrible printing

Just received this in the mail and I’m not sure why whoever packed it thought it was okay to send out the way it looked. The picture is super blurry. It’s so bad you can’t even read the writing on it. I will definitely be returning and don’t know if I can trust that another one won’t turn out the same way
