Sad
I was out of country for two months and been checking my mail today and I did not receive three items I had ordered at the same time. I am very frustrated I guess since it's been so long Macy's will not do anything about it.
Defective bras
I ordered a large and it was way too small around my body under the cups. I called and was told the extra large would be two to three inches wider so I ordered it in an extra large. It was exactly the same width. Called and was told it must be defective. Just received a third bra in an X-Large, again it was the exact size as the large. So frustrating.

With a most comfortable bra ever
A very comfortable bra It fit perfectly I’m and average women I’m around 5’3 It washes very well Keeps its shape

Pads smaller?
Material works well. Soft, washes nicely. Only downfall, inside pad seems smaller. Harder to cover tit area. Seems to move around, also pad likes to fold in half while wearing. Smallness may cause this. Cost effective to make product affordable not good.

Very disappointed and hope they return to the older model.
I have 4 of these from years ago in medium. They are a better material and very comfortable. I ordered a large in the new ones since the reviews said they run small. They are very tight and the material snagged before I even wore it. When helped up to the older mediums I’ve had they are smaller as well. I wouldn’t recommend them and now I can’t return them because I wash them before I wore them.
