Ryka Training shoe

I really like this shoe. It is a very comfortable training shoe and fits nice. I have been enjoying all my Ryka shoes recently. Been on a shoe binge! Lol. They seem to all fit nice and have the cushion where I need them to. Everybody's foot is different, so I can't talk for everybody, but I have liked all that I have bought so far.

Love the fit!

I bought these for HIIT class. I have worn them twice and I love them! I specifically like the narrower heel. They don't slide up and down when I walk like other shoes. The have a good amount of cushion for me. They are true to size. I love the style as well.

Great for Line Dance AND Dancing Through Life!

I loved my first pair of Ryka Influence sneakers in black so much that I bought a pair in gray! I do a lot of line dancing at the Y and these get the job done even if I want to do a Zumba class or just walk the track. I've never been a tennis shoe person…in 60+ years I didn't even OWN sneakers, but I find myself in one of these pairs of shoes most days. They're comfortable right out of the box and low profile so they don't look big and clunky which is important to me. Very impressed with the style and construction. I will have another pair of these if they ever wear out.

Great fit!

These shoes are lightweight and comfortable. They don't have the thick sole which is great for yoga, dancing or tai chi.

Very comfortable, good support!

I have had a lot of trouble finding cross-trainers that will work at the gym without gripping the floor the way running shoes do. This are lightweight, have good support and the wide gave me the room I need in the toe box.

Needs More arch support and ankle stability

I purchased for strength training versus a different pair I purchased for running. I found this doesn't have adequate support for your arch and quite flimsy on the inside. Cute on the outside. I would not recommend. n
