NinjaDT201 Foodi™ 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven

I have this and its starting to go rusty around the door, I tried calling about it but can't get anywhere with them , they want the receipt which I don't have anymore and want to know where I bought it which I am not sure because I have had it for a couple years . to bad this is happing to it because otherwise it is good. so when I buy another one it won't be this one , its not good looking in your oven and seeing rust.

The initial delivery was scary (the box was sooo huge). But I love that Macys double boxed the machine so that my neighbors wouldn’t be all in the mix. It’s really not as huge as it looks and it doesn’t take much for me to love Ninja products.

The product is defective and when you open the door, it still doesn't stop working. The wind is blowing outward, and the oil will keep blowing on the door. When I opened the door, the oil flew onto my arm and I was scalded. It's too dangerous for children. A normal oven stops working when you open the door.

unpleasant taste after 7 mts & difficult to clean

I bought my oven 7 months ago it hasn't given me any major problems until this week, food has been coming out with an unpleasant taste. It also has difficult access points for cleaning that have been seen in the others reviews
