Very Versatile!!

This is my 2nd time purchasing this shoe. They are comfortable and can be paired with anything. I have worn them with all kinds of outfits due to the versatility of it. If you have wide feet size up a half inch. Otherwise, it is true to size.

Horrible

Very poorly packaged. I think they were floor samples… they didn’t even try to package them nicely. Never expected this from Macys first and last time I order online. People who package the items really need to think to themselves if the way they sent the item is the same way they would want to receive their order.

Just what I was looking for

This is a cute stylish heel that was just what I was looking for. I got the black color. I normally wear an 8 but this run slightly small even for my narrow foot, so I had to send them back and get an 8 1/2. These shoes are narrow but fit perfectly for my narrow foot.

I love these shoes!

I’m generally a size 7 in shoes, but noticed that most clear heels are a little smaller for my feet so I ordered the 7.5 in each color. Perfect fit, heels are not too tall, AND they’re easy to walk in & comfortable. I ordered an extra pair in the clear and black:-) Love these!

I’ve bought this same style of shoe four times because I love them that much. They’re incredibly comfortable, look great, and go with just about everything. They even remind me of Barbie shoes, stylish, fun, and elegant . Definitely one of my favorite pairs!

Pair with 2 different sizes

This was the final straw. I received a pair of shoes with two different sizes. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t an isolated incident. Before this, I received expired products in three consecutive orders. That means 4 out of my last 5 orders have had serious issues. The constant need to return defective or incorrect items is incredibly inconvenient and a complete waste of my time. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about receiving expired products or shoes that don’t even match in size!!! Macy’s quality control has clearly gone downhill. After so many bad experiences, I’ve lost confidence in ordering from here. I cannot recommend this store anymore.
