Brand New Ring with Broken Prong

I purchased this purple stone ring in February 2025 and wore it for the first time today 8/23/25 to a meeting. The pear shaped crystal fell on the table when I was reaching for my keys! I noticed that the prong was damaged and the clear gem cannot be repaired. I am so upset. This is a brand new ring. Im not able to return it unfortunately. I am unable upload a picture with this review as well. I do not recommend buying this brand on clearance.

Beautiful Piece, slightly sharp around prongs.

I purchased this piece for a great price and I love the way it looks and feels on my finger, my only concern with it is that the edges around the prongs hold the stone are somewhat sharp and could be made more comfortable.
