Combination Oily

This is an option for the Stay Matte Foundation but I'm older and no longer need the acne control. This didn't cover my skin like the Stay Matte and I don't buy glass bottles. I put makeup on quick and throw it in a drawer or bag not a vanity! Not easy to transport on travel either.

Terrible product

This is a bad product . The foundation separates from my face & flakes off .I have tried applying with a brush , my fingers & makeup sponge . Nothing works . I tried it because the one I had been using was discontinued.Ihave used Clinique for many years and have never been so disappointed. I tried to return to Macy's where I purchased to exchange it . I was told it was after 30 days . I had tried using it for about 5 weeks . I will not be returning to Macys.

Waste of Money

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. I was devastated when the stay-matte foundation was discontinued. I'd been using it for 10+ years. I followed Clinique's suggestion to switch to this product and couldn't believe how let down I was. To start, the colors don't match the stay-matte colors, even though the names are the same. This product came in several shades darker. On top of that, the consistency of this product is wildly different. I can't even believe it was suggested as a substitute for the stay-matte foundation. I've never looked so "cakey" in my entire life. It also looked like every crease and line on my face was highlight and put in bold font. I saw lines I didn't even know existed! I was mortified when I looked in the mirror a few hours later and saw how terrible I looked. I like more of a matte look since my skin gets oily throughout the day. This foundation was unable to hold up the way stay-matte did. I tried to follow the suggestions Clinique responded with on other reviews for this product complaining about the same thing, and nothing worked. I can't believe I spent this much money on a product that I'll never use again. I've been a loyal Clinique customer since I was in middle school. It was the one makeup line that made me feel confident as a young teenager covered in zits (and didn't make me breakout more!) and continued to give me confidence as a mom in her late 20s… I feel like I've gone through a breakup and don't know where to turn. I understand companies have to switch things up from time to time and improve their brand, but from the looks of the other reviews, Clinique definitely dropped the ball on this, and I'm not alone in these thoughts.

I love the old stay matte makeup

I always get compliments and people ask what makeup I wear when I wore the stay matte oil free make up. I have been told they cannot tell where the makeup stops and my regular skin is because it matched so well I would love if you brought back the stay matte oil free foundation.
