Too small came dirty

Size is a xl it’s too small and it came dirty with white spots looked like dust was hard to come out.

Should have listened to the reviews. The material is cheap and the fit is weird, it’s way too tight on the top. Returned it immediately.

The fabric is more of a polyester blend and the size is not a 1x.
