Not Macy's Quality

Cannot believe this dress came from Macy's as Macy's is a store I count on for quality. I could tell as soon as my fingers touched the fabric that the dress would be a huge disappointment. Fabric is flimsy, construction is poor and, if I am honest, I cannot imagine any woman being happy with it. So disappointing!
