makes even the driest crack skin round nails soft

It's been ridiculous weather in Texas ( and it seems, everywhere else)with rain, ice, sleet, and snow let alone a temperature that felt like 5 degrees. I am not always the best at wearing gloves and both cuticles and skin dried up but grew into callous like skin with painful cracks despite hand lotion ( every different one I had in the house). The plant treatment balm was the bomb! it took care of the pain, the cracks and improved my skin.
