Disappointed

I loved the look of these online. However, when they arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The packaging was definitely done within a Macy's store because the heels were literally thrown into a box with some other garbage and a few pieces of someone's hair. Disgusting!!! They were not wrapped or packaged nicely at all. Also, I think the shoes I received were used or a floor sample because they are missing some gems and the stitching is coming apart. I'm disappointed because I really like the design of these and the gems but I received a used item that I cannot return because they were bought on clearance. I'm only giving this 2 stars because I really like this brand. I have other heels from them that have lasted for years. This was a bad experience.
