New formula is more liquid, less efficient /good value
The first time I bought this shampoo I found its effect was truly magic on my hair (very fine high prosity 2b/c loose curls), very little was needed, and it lathered well, so it replaced the shampoo and conditioner (except once per week where I'd use a clarifying shampoo). I was happy and although it's expensive, given only a little was needed, it was worth it. The second time I bought it, the formula has changed, it's very liquid, hardly lathers at all, so you end up having to use much more and it's less efficient, making it not good value anymore. I hope they revert the formula back, in the meantime I probably will switch to a cheaper brand.

Great product but leaked during shipping
I substitute this product once a week (followed by a leave-in conditioner) for regular shampoo and conditioner for a mild and moisturizing cleanse. My hair is frizz-free. The only issue is the bottle leaked when shipped.

Impressed
I wasn’t sure what to expect honestly. The fact that there wasn’t a shampoo and conditioner made me skeptical, but the cleansing conditioner sudses to make my hair feel clean while leaving it soft. Not conditioner soft, but clean soft. The defining cream kind of acted as the conditioner, but outside of the shower and left in as product for taking my hair. My curls are moisturized, soft, and with reduced frizz! I have somewhat coarse virgin hair and it’s very curly. Not coily, but definitely curly! I truly think this is what my hair needed! For years I’ve been unknowingly using products packed with silicones which do nothing good for the condition of your hair. I’m happy to find a line of simple products that are silicone free!

Very moisturizing and gentle on hair
I have loved all of the Christophe Robin products that I've tried and this was no exception. Very gentle on hair and helped keep texture soft and shiny, my color was vibrant after. Hair really felt smooth, moisturized. (For context: I have thick/coarse/curly hair that I highlight and nuke into submission with power tools (blowdryer and flat iron). Another Christophe Robin win! Adding it to the arsenal of products. thanks xoxo

I love the Luscious Curl Regimen for wavy to curly hair. The shampoo leaves your hair feeling silky and the cream controls the frizzies. Both are light and don't weigh down curls.

A mistake turned indispensable
I 1st bought this product as a trial, and I don’t know why, when I got it I was convinced it was a curl defining cream, so without even checking, I started to use as such, putting it as a cream on my hair after shower. Eventually I found out, but it does such a good job as a moisturizer, softener and curler, that I now use it as a cream and not as a conditioner while taking shower. I LOVE IT

Not for me
I will start out with a positive, it smells really nice. One of my favorite smelling shampoos. Unfortunately, even when following the instructions, my hair just does not look or feel clean. My hair is already greasy before the end of the day.
