Pump Quit Working

The bottle is nearly full but the pump has quit working. It is not clogged; it's stuck. Soaking it didn't help. My husband forced it but it pumped a couple times, no product came out and then it was stuck again. Evidently the pump is defective which makes the product inside unusable.

Bad pump

Product itself is very good, but it is impossible to dispense out of bottle. It is too thick and clogs easily. I do not want to soak pump every single time I use it.

Actually works!!!!

It actually works! It Works so nicely on thick and thin hair. I’m able to use it on my kids also. I’m just not a huge fan of the smell.
