Way too small to get foot inside opening

Did a pair of custom made shoes. They arrived today. Can’t even get my foot in the shoe, with no tongue or way to make them larger. The space is way too small. Can these be exchanged?

WORST sneakers EVER to put on!!!

The 270's are the HARDEST sneakers to put on!!! The strings are only for show. The tongue area doesn't stretch at all to give you room to slide your foot into the sneaker. Unfortunately, I bought and received a total of nine pairs before I attempted to wear the first pair. I gave up after 15 minutes of trying to get them on. I finally decided to make a small cut on both sides of the shoes to get my feet in (only on one pair). And after wearing the shoes for maybe 2 hours, the area under the tongue hurts the top of my feet. NIKE please improve the 270's. They cost too much to be a struggle to put on and are not comfortable.
