Pants covered in dog hair

I order this product online through Macy. I did a in store pickup. When I opened the box at home to take out the pants they were covered in dog hair. This is terrible! I wash all my clothes when I receive them before I wear them but I was annoyed that macys didn’t think to check if the items were clean before trying to resell them.
