Most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased

I can’t believe people think these shoes are comfortable. In fact, I will never buy a pair of coach shoes again. The stitching on these goes all the way through to the underside, causing unbelievably uncomfortable seams along your toes. Had multiple blisters to the point of bleeding. Basic 101 shoe construction, do not have seams going across your toes without some sort of lining.

Horrible service

I got the wrong size delivered, and on top of that, they shipped the wrong shoe, inside the correct box! They tried to charge me to “express ship” a new pair. They were for my daughter’s winter formal dance. I had to run out and buy her a different pair from another store! Needless to say she was very upset.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, Macy’s shipped a floor sample. Worn and not very clean. If this was the only option, would have expected to be informed. Very disappointed.

Sexy pair of shoes

Great pair of shoes. Extremely well made. The color isn’t exactly a bright “red” , but it works with the cherry heart purse which is brighter in my opinion. Received lots of compliments wearing the combo. Very comfortable. Fit true to size.
