Wanted to love but no froth only slightly warm
I just received this today from Nespresso, I decided to try the aerccino 4 after my 3 died, I am so disappointed to see after carefully setting it up and making an espresso for a capuccino, I have fresh milk(cow) both whole and 2% 3 different brands. I got no froth only warm milk with a few bubbles, For the cost I am wondering why my Aeroccino 3 gave me a really great froth that lasted even after the last drop of espresso was consumed. I have one of your older coffee makers that still works great. (evoluo), I would like to return this frother as I am so frustrated with finding one that makes the quality froth. I did check your troubleshooting guide and followed those directions, there was no scorched milk I cleaned with a clean soft cloth, using cold water. It is brand new so I am not sure what to make of it except it is defective. Let me know how to return this frother. Thank You

Must buy.
Amazing and very durable has been used for around a year and no signs of any mold even with its easy cleaning process. Also when I get up in the morning it barley makes any noise and the design too matches very well with my house and the versatility is just amazing.

The Best Frother for Coffee
I love lattes! The Nespresso Aeroccino 4 Milk Frother is best frother that I have found to use at home to create the perfect "coffee shop" latte. It has both hot and cold options which offers me the option of a hot latte or a iced latte. It is easy to clean and does not take up much room in the cupboard!

One drawback
Yes, it’s a little pricey, but it’s quick and it’s quiet and it does the job and it looks beautiful. The only glaring drawback is you can barely read the levels inside. I had to use a flashlight

Brilliant!
This looks gorgeous sitting on the kitchen bench. It’s so easy to use and clean that making frothy hot drinks is now a joy. I absolutely love it.
