Size down

I really liked this shirt on the model but didn't like it on me. I'm normally a 2x, 18/20 in tops and the 2x swallowed me up. I'd recommend sizing down. I didn't attempt to do so because I didn't feel like the cut of the top would be flattering in a smaller size. My boyfriend noted the top looked like a retro fast food uniform and I couldn't unsee it. I ended up returning the top.
