Coffee Pot

Cleaned it very well and used it. So far the product is working very good. For future I recommend a single water reservoir holding more water or at minimum a larger reservoir for the k-cup.

Half works

I bought my flex brew about two months ago and the Keurig side is already malfunctioning. It keeps telling me to add water even though there’s water in it I’ve tried all YouTube videos to fix it, but I can’t seem to get the Keurig side to work only after two months. My craft side works perfectly fine though.

Coffeemaker

Love this coffeemaker. It replaces a Krups I had for 28 years. Mark at South Hills Village ordered this for me plus he opened a Macy’s charge for me saving me even more money. Thank you Mark.

FlexBrew TRIO coffee Maker cup rest

Love the coffee maker but the Single Serve Cup Rest should be an overflow reservoir because it's too easy to have a large cup size selected and only an 8 oz cup in place to catch the 14 oz that are brewing.
