Crux mixer machine

I definitely do not recommend this crux mixer machine, the firt time I try to used it got burnt, I turned on to mix some flour and and just worked for a few minutes and stopped working. burning smell came out of the machine and stopped working. It was the first time using it, that make me very disappointed of it.

Started to cause issues in less than 6 months

It stops working properly after 15 mins, also gives burning smell. Need this to be returned or replaced.

The worst purchase

The second time i used it broke horribly. Unfortunately the time for return was expired. Don’t buy it ever.

I should have read the reviews

I bought this for my daughter's Christmas present. She waited to open to use until she got in her new house. She tried to use it yesterday. IT WOULD NOT TURN ON! So disappointed!!!

Disappointed

I ordered this CRUX stand mixer from Macy around Christmas. I was lured by the price And boy I was wrong . The thing runs for 1-2 minutes then gets heated and stops and smells like something burning. Then would cool off in 20 minutes and then run again. I was not able to use it in 30 days of purchase and now they won’t return. The manufacturers do not respond to phones, messages. I m giving 1 star rating because there is no option for zero star
