The IDEA of this skirt was better ......

I liked the IDEA of the pleated skirt I didn't like the fact that it was so full at the top. also that the elastic seemed too light to hold the fabric/skirt securely in place. That's a big no-no! Also, the length was way off for me, it was down to the floor. I sure was NOT about to hem a pleated skirt! I think the best type of pleated skirt for plus size women is ..when either the pleated section is attached to a smoother waist band/or area.... or if the pleats are sewn down flat along the hip area. Guess I'll watch for one. I might also mention when it was sent, it was folded in a small was bag and the pleats were crumpled up. It doesn't do so well when put is a small plastic bag and sent across the country.
