Chunky white lumps in the shampoo

I have used this shampoo for years, and the shampoo in my latest order has chunky white lumps in it. I have emailed customer service and nobody has responded.

Super Strength Shampoo

This shampoo and conditioner lives up to its name! My hair looks healthy and feels stronger. I alternate washes between this and the brilliant gloss. Love them both

Happy with my purchase…

My hair is thick, coarse, long and processed. Love how a small amount turns into a rich lather and rinses clean. No hair fall or tangles, my fingers glided through hair root to tip easily. It smells rich, a soft exotic floral almost powdery. Reminds me of the original Fekkai baby blonde scent.

Once a week, on 75 year old woman, thin silver/platinum natural color hair…. Hair stays clean looking all week, even tho I use hair spray on it

Love this product!

I have never had a shampoo and conditioner work so well on my hair! Totally worth the price and you barely need any to lather up well. It leaves it baby soft and the ends are tamed. Will continue purchasing this as long as it's around.
