Color Didn't Match The Picture Shown

I am replacing a Johnson & Murphy shoe that is similar as pictured. The pair I am replacing is light tan which the pair I order appear to be light tan, however, the pair I received are brown and not as the picture shows.

Uncomfortable shoe

uncomfortable shoe hurts the back of my foot. Need to tape a pad to the back of my foot in order to wear the shoe.
