Went into the store at UTC Mall in Sarasota Sunday . The ring I needed was sold out in the store . Lady told me my ring would delivered in 2 business days , guaranteed to at my house , explained it was for my Daughters 18th birthday and needed it by Friday as we were leaving for a trip on Saturday very early in the morning 430am . My Daughter Birthday was the next day . Never came , arrived on the Tuesday while I was away. Ring was beautiful but Felt lied to for the sale,I would have gone somewhere else , Ie Dillards .
