This stick vacuum was provided at no charge when I purchased my Samsung range. Initially I really liked it, but it NEVER had 40 minutes of battery life from the day I got it. It was more like ten to fifteen minutes at most on the low setting. I used it to clean my tile floors in the kitchen so the low setting and shorter life was ok for me. I had just enough battery life to sweep the kitchen and dining area and maybe a few feet of the hallway before it would die. If I switched it to high to vaccuum the mats by the door, it would last about two minutes at that point. I loved using it because it was lightweight, versatile, and did a good job when it was running. Sadly the battery life would likely be an issue for someone who doesn't want to recharge for every room. I primarily use it in the kitchen dining room, so that wasn't a huge issue for me. About a year in, however, the vaccuum started doing the off/on cycle, as though something was obstructing the flow and then it would power down. I checked and there is no obstruction. I tried changing attachments and even ran it with no attachments. The tank is emptied every time I use it. Any use on the low setting will get an immediate off/on cycle and power down. If i switch it on and immediately turn it to the high cycle, I can use it on high until the battery dies on its own (about 3-5 minutes.) There is no obstruction off/on cycle triggered on the high level. I still have it and use it for spot cleaning in the kitchen but it makes me sad. Also the roller on the main attachment lasted maybe six months before the roller stopped turning and seemed to be frozen. There is no hair or anything binding it that I can see. It's just locked up. I had to switch to a second smaller attachment to continue using it. The product could be fabulous if it worked as intended and for longer than ten minutes. I'm starting to understand why it was given to me for free with the purchase of the range and why it is no longer available on the website. I feel sorry for the people who actually bought one. Can you please make a good jet stick that lasts more than ten minutes? and doesn't break down in 6 months. I love the concept when it's working. It's a shame it only works so briefly.

Brush broken after 2.5 years
After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

Lightweight
For use on hardwood floors mostly. Plus stairs. Only time will tell if good value.

Not Practical for Real-World Cleaning
The fact that the charger cannot be detached and charged separately is one of the worst design flaws. There’s no docking stand, and the unit can only be charged using a wall-mounted charger, which becomes extremely inconvenient whenever you need to change its location. The suction power sounds strong on paper, but in reality it doesn’t clean well. On hardwood or laminate flooring, its performance drops significantly. Instead of picking up crumbs, it often just scatters them around. It’s nice that the brush can be removed, but cleaning it is not easy at all. On top of that, the replacement brush is sold at an absurdly high price—and because this model isn’t mainstream, there are no compatible third-party alternatives either.

Great features
