I've had good luck with Tom Ford scents before, but there is a little too much grandmother in this one. It's very strong, I was still smelling it at the end of the day after applying in the morning. There's a nice woody note, but it's something else that dominates - patchouli? Will probably put it in my travel bag.

I purchased this perfume and unfortunately had to return it. I opened my bag as I left the counter and noticed they gave me an open box open bottle, used! Almost as if it was the tester. I was literally flabbergasted, especially for the price point. I went back to the counter and returned the item and asked the lady behind the counter why I received an open box and she said when we are out of the product we give you what we have on hand. Like are you kidding me?! is there not a policy in place that if they are out of an item, you notify the customer and tell them out of stock? Do better Macy’s.!

Doesn't work on me
I sprayed some on my wrist and my neck and my husband cannot smell it on me. Absolutely no smell. We can smell it on the bottle, but not when it's sprayed on me. It was the 1.7 ounce spray bottle.
