Damaged Item

Package arrived damaged. The bag it was shipped in was torn through & the box the shoes came in was also torn through. Found that the boots were significantly scratched when I unboxed them. Returned them to the store for a refund. Before buying, saw reviews to not buy online from Macy’s due to other customers’ poor experiences. Decided to take a chance & was very disappointed.

Don't buy from Macy's!

Placed an order online and for some reason they use Doordash as the delivery carrier. The driver delivered to the wrong address. I called Macy's customer support immediately once I noticed the error and even was able to verify the error through the photo the delivery driver provided. They told me they would process a refund. A week went by and I noticed there was no refund so I called my credit card company to see if they noticed a refund status pending and they said no. I had to call Macy's customer support yet again and all she told me is that the refund request was declined and she had to submit a new one. Macy's has become a such a garbage company and I will never be buying from them again! I don't trust they will give me a refund so I opened up a dispute case with my credit card company.
