Nice looking shoe, sizing issue

I ordered a size 5 and both shoes were bigger/wider than a usual size 5, especially the right shoe.

Adorable but defective

These shoes are adorable and seem like they could be comfortable if you get the right size that are not defective. I ordered size 9.5 and the left shoe fit comfortably but the right shoe was extremely tight. The right shoe is obviously defective. I ordered a size up but they were too big so both pair are being returned. So disappointing!

Sizes did not match

Loved how they looked but even though the shoes and the box were marked 9.5M, they were clearly two different sizes. The right was tight and the left was loose. Very disappointed.
