Do not buy these

I just finished putting these together: the wood snaps and cracks when you tighten the screws, splitting because it’s cheap wood. All the numbers are mislabeled in the instructions for set up. The pamphlet, the typed labels on the parts container…all mislabeled. It’s almost like someone played a bad joke on consumers with these chairs. They’re not comfortable either. I mean you get what you pay for but I thought it was such a good deal / sale so I bought them.

Outstanding Value

This is my second time to buy these chairs. They are easily assembled and beautiful. We use them occasionally at our game table so opportunities for wear and tear are not daily. Nevertheless, they are sturdy, comfortable and withstand the antics of adults and children alike. Thanks, Macy’s!

DO NOT BUY

I bought 2 sets of these chairs on 11/20/23 but didn't assemble until I moved in Dec 2023. At a glance the chairs are beautiful. I have the cream colored fabric w/blk/brn legs. For context I am 120lbs. I use either of 2 chairs 1x a day to eat dinner then maybe do some other dining rm table tasks. I had major family company in March 2024 so as you can see the chairs are not worn. In the 1yr that I have had these chairs the legs became wobbly. The chairs were put together exactly as the instructions called for no modifications. I do not scrape the floor by sliding the chair back and forth but lift it. I can feel the seat cushion flattening & the chair back tilts backwards when I lean back...not critically but enough for me to notice. I plan on contacting the company. I would like a refund and for someone from the company to take these chairs. You get what you pay for but that's not an excuse for selling junk that could potentially cause someone to get injured.
