I would buy this product again and again.

I use this serum under my eyes and onto my cheek where small wrinkles have begun to appear. It helps to smooth them enough to hide them under a bit of makeup. It feel luxurious on my skin. I even ordered on for my adult daughter and she loves hers, too. I don't see any negatives about this serum. I love almost all of the Shiseido skincare products and have used them for at least 35 years now.

Shiseido Eye Concentrate. Received empty bottle!

I received an empty bottle!! There was absolutely no product in the bottle. You could tell there never was! For such an expensive product, it certainly is disappointing. I live near a Macy's store. Hopefully, Customer Service will see that I received an empty bottle. A big inconvenience for me and who knows what I'll encounter when trying to get a replacement.

I never buy it again

After using it a few times, I have to press more than 100 times each time to get a little eye cream out. The bottle is not transparent, so I can't see if there is any eye cream left. I'm so desperate.

Soft and hydrating

I haven't used this for long enough to give it full 5 stars, but so far so good. The eye cream is very hydrating and helps with my prevent creasing when I use my ND concealer.

Empty inside

I received a bottle today but I have pumped it over hundred times and nothing came out. So, I returned it today. I will wait until September that weather comes cooler it could be better timing to order again.

Eye serum

I have used quite a few eye serums in the last, but for now I’m sticking with this one. The texture is very smooth and glides on easily. It seems gentle, whereas other brands I would some Sometimes feel a tingling. My makeup looks nice and crease free on top of it. My only feedback is I go through it quickly, but I’m buying the smaller size and use AM/PM. Even with that it lasts almost three months.
