Flowy and forgiving

I am normally between a size 2 and 4, the size S was a bit too long in the sleeves and big (armholes on the inner shell dress were a little too large) and the outer jacket sleeves were a bit long) -- these would be relatively easy to take in and up. Dress shape falls loosely with flowy fabric that is forgiving of bulges, would be nice in the right circumstances. I was looking for something a little more structured in this case.
