Does not foam up.

The last 2 bottles I have ordered the mousse is runny. I shaked the can as stated and ran warm water over the nozzle. I am not sure if it is the temperature change in the mailing process that has cause it to be runny.

Thank you Jennifer!

I live in the desert. My hair was dry and brittle and looked damaged.
