Ummmm? Need more information

So I just opened up a box with the skin foaming cleanser and it is brown and I don't think that it's supposed to be according to my friend and was wondering the product is older unopened but will it do this with age and we're talking Brown water

Great Face Wash! Gentle on Skin

After using a harsher Vitiman C face wash with niacinamide of a different brand, I used this foaming face wash and it does a much better job. No stinging, burning, intense scent, or irritation while also doing the trick (stripping the oil and gunk out of my pores from the day). Would definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who experience irritation, discoloration, and discomfort easily.

The best face wash ever!

The best face wash I've ever owned. As a light skinned ginger that is sensitive to everything I was nervous this was going to be a waste of my money as I'll take an allergic reaction, well I absolutely did not. It keeps my skin feeling soft and clean and it easily melts the makeup of my face! I highly recommend!

It’s just okay, no better than most others.

It’s an okay face wash. I specifically wanted one that would remove makeup. Like most face washes, it doesn’t remove it all. When I unpacked it, the container was sticky, it had spilled or leaked in the box and there was residue. Not sure how much leaked out.
