it fits so small on the cuffs, I think its a flaw

it fits really small and doesn't fit, I even tried it on my little nephew still too tight, I've lost the receipt so im unable to return, but I was able to receive points. ahh well next time I will always try on the clothes before purchase to be safe then sorry
