michael kors peacoat

I bought this coat for my husband for Christmas. when he put it on 3 of the buttons were sewn through the pockets. Now I have to take it to a tailor to have have the buttons redone so he can put his hands in the pockets. do we get a credit for this mistake?

Disappointing Exchange Experience with Macy’s

I purchased this item online from Macy’s as a gift on December 1st, and it was delivered on December 11th. Unfortunately, it did not fit the person I purchased it for. I contacted Macy’s customer service to request an even exchange for the correct size, which has never been an issue for me in the past. I first spoke with a representative who informed me that they could not honor the original purchase price for an exchange. I was then transferred to a supervisor named Dean, who also stated that they could not respect the original price. I was unable to exchange the item sooner because the size I needed was not available at the time. When I later saw that the correct size was available online, I contacted customer service immediately. Shortly after my call, that size was removed from the website.
