This item comes in a dark black bottle for a reason, yet I used it no more than 8 times and it was already empty. It appears the bottle was filled less than halfway from the start. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of honesty from this company. While the product itself is effective, the misleading packaging and underfilled bottle have pushed me to look for another Korean alternative

Deceiving Packaging!

This is such a scam! This Hyaluronic Acid 3% that I ordered has supposedly, .67 ounces in it. The bottle that it comes in could hold probably 6 ounces in it. When I shake the bottle I can't even hear that there is much in it. The blank out bottle is so deceiving that you can't see in to tell how much is left. That is purposely done so you make another because you don't want to run out. Come on Macy's, really? How stupid do you think the consumer is? I am a great customer, however, this makes me want change who I purchase from going forward.
