Not fully returnable

The coat itself was decent, a little rough to the touch but it is smaller than average size and you’ll most likely have to return it like I did. Macys then will deduct random star reward fees from your return claiming you used star money on it when you didn’t. Their reps will disregard you on the phone and chat lines and refuse to tell you info about the return or refund your money that is owed. There are clearly rewards scams going on, and I am the newest target. Please read the BBB reports.

Uncomfortably Heavy

Received as a gift from husband. Coat is very pretty but extremely weighty and bulky feeling. Originally got large which is what I always wear in coats but this would bearly zip. Had to return for xl. I am 5' 6" and 160 lbs.

scratchy and quite heavy

I'm 5'10", 135lbs. Ordered a medium to have room for layers, but it was much too big and quite heavy. The fabric is very scratchy, don't order if you're sensitive to wool at all.
