Not Built to Last

I’m very disappointed. I absolutely loved the way this bag looked and was excited to receive it for my birthday on March 9th. Unfortunately, the strap broke this past Sunday while I was at church, just over two months since I started using it. I prefer backpacks and have had others last me for years, so it’s disheartening that this one couldn’t hold up to regular use. If you’re looking for something durable for everyday use, this isn’t it. Do not buy unless it’s just for occasional or decorative use.

closure issue

front closure needs to be something other than magnetized. The separate sections are great and secure. I bought this for travel and think it will work well. Change the front closure please.
