Tight

I am between sizes 6 and 6.5 I ordered the 6.5 because the reviews mentioned it runs small. But when I received and tried on, it doesn’t run small on length (it was long, I had space in front of my toes) But they were super tight on both my toes and felt snug (no stretch) on the upper part of the shoe. And I have skinny feet and legs. Because of that I’m returning, but they look really nice .
