Be cautious

Be cautious—Macy’s changed the price after I placed my order. I was charged extra, even though the price at the time of purchase was mark down 30%. When I contacted Macy’s customer service, the representative reviewed the archived pricing and confirmed that I had been overcharged on most of the items in my order. However, despite acknowledging the error, they refused to issue a refund, citing that the 10-day refund window had passed. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping at Macy’s again.
