Issue with platform

The shoe is well made and beautiful but once you step on it your heel slips out like others commented. Unfortunately had to return.

Quality but not my style

Quality shoe but not my style. The bubble around the heel combined with the platform sole made the shoe too bulky aesthetically. I retuned them for a similar pair by Dolce Vita. I’ve never had an issue with their products in the past, this was just a matter of taste.
