Terrible shorts

This pair of shorts are an absolute ridiculous make/ fit. The outer short is very short compared to the under layer, that feels like a wetsuit, and the cut looks like it’s been cut rough by a pair of scissors. The seam on the inside is also very rough and scratches the inside of the thigh.
