Seller slow to refund

I chose not to keep this coat because I thought it didn't have enough shape in the shoulders and was not tailored enough. I returned it on 12/4 and am still waiting for my refund to be processed by the seller. Unacceptable.

Not what I expected. Coat has a liner on the top only. Not a nice winter white. Fabric has dark specks in it

Not Wool

The label inside the coat reads 100% polyester, lining 100% polyester. Coat is also advertised as lined. The coat is actually half lined.

Beautiful Coat, but sadly was way too big. The coat was nice and heavy, the fabric and color beautifil.

Inaccurate color

My usual size was not only too big all over, but also it drooped. When belted, it looked like a blanket. Worst of all, I expected a color that looked like the photo and not a dark, dull blue. Returned
