Wrong item sent / Mislabeling

On August 17, 2025, I placed an order (Order #4634659717) for Makari Sandalwood Butter Firming Body Lotion. Instead, I received Ceramide Collagen IYKYK with a different order number (29864G). I have already reached out to Makari directly but have not received a response. In addition, I noticed on the Macy’s site that the product listing currently shows a picture of the Sandalwood Butter Firming Body Lotion, but the product name is ceramide collagen, and also this review product per Macys . Macy’s This is mislabeling and misleading to customers. I have been using Makari products for years and can clearly distinguish between the two items. I also have photos as proof, but the upload option in your system is currently grayed out. Macy’s customer service have initiated a refund at this time.

Very horrible experience ! I ordered sandalwood by Makari they sent me ceramide collagen IYKYK with different order is from my original order!
