Defective clasp

The bracelets were very pretty, however the clasps were defective and I had to return them. I bought one in the emerald and one cubic zirconia. Oddly, the clasps on each were different, but unfortunately both were defective. Very disappointing…

Delivery Issues

Ordered these bracelets on Aug 9, notified would be delivered on Aug 16, now I see updated delivery date on Aug 21. Not happy with how this delivery was handled.
