Item not received

Received a review before I received the item -ordered it 10/9 for MY wedding 10/25, keep getting emails that delivery is being pushed - hoping to receive before 10/25, but not looking good

Not true to size. The dress runs big and is very unflattering.

Too Large

I bought this dress almost a year ago in red. It didn't fit like I wanted it to fit. I thought I should have gotten a size smaller, but I kept it and wore it about a month ago and I looked good, and got compliments. So, you might want to size down if this dress is offered again.

Don't waste your money

I was so excited to get this dress in, too bad it didn't fit properly and looked bad on me when I tried it on. I decided to return it, and it had been over a month before I reached out to them about my return, since they weren't touching base with me. They claim the item was returned damaged. Guess I learned my lesson, I should've taken my own pictures before returning the item!

Item never received.

I never received item that I ordered. Upon calling Macy’s, I learned that the item was from a third-party vendor. I am still waiting. Not sure why I have to deal with a third-party vendor since I did not order from them.

Horrible Customer Service

This rating is due to being a third-party company and not wanting process return. The dress is poorly made and I returned it. I received an email stating that they will not process my return due to them receiving it back "damaged" I will be sure not to purchase from third-party companies on the website. BUYER BEWARE

One of the worst purchases ever made.

This dress is so poorly made and has no absolutely no shape. The fabric is heavy and it is not lined, Not Macy's quality. I have returned the last few items because of the poor quality.
